Throughout our history we have made political action a major priority. Making the political system more responsive was our first step in addressing many of the issues facing our communities. Women for Progress Radio provides a platform for that effort.

Welcome to the Legally Speaking Podcast where you'll hear from some of the brightest legal minds in Mississippi, sharing information to help address your issue. These female attorneys represent all levels within the legal profession and all issue areas. They will answer questions to eliminate confusion and provide tools/resources that can be used to help you. Whether it’s insurance, social security, criminal justice, accidents, divorce, child support, school expulsion, child custody, or other issues impacting your life, we will have a legal expert to help you. We will empower women with the legal knowledge and tools to make important decisions in their life.

Truth2Power is to be an unapologetic voice for Black Women in Jackson, MS, and across the state of MS. We will tell the untold stories of Black women, and provide commentary on news, current events, politics, and pop culture that often leave out the perspective of Black women. We seek to be a bridge between what our families are living every day, and elusive new cycles that don’t cover us, or misrepresent our lived experiences.
